New York (Part C)

You know when you see someone SUCESSFULLY flag a cab down in the path of a speeding ambulance you've probably entered into New York. We had a chance to spend a few days here before starting up work for Bioware in Edmonton.

You name it, and we probably saw it or accidentally tried to see it when it was closed. A soaking and windy walk across the Brooklyn Bridge was vindicated by stumbling onto a great local pizza shop with a crowd watching the world cup. DO NOT CHEER FOR ANYONE OTHER THAN ITALY. Word to the wise.

This man above is waiting patiently at his desk preparing for the bone trembling roar and a fleeting glimpse of a hairy shadow which will have him pounce - catlike - onto the red direct dial phone to the president.

The real star of Rockefeller center was Nintendo World, which is arguably the same for me as fish coming upstream to spawn. No spawing took place, but it was a great time anyways.
